The BRAX MATRIX MR165 is a support ring set machined from high-strength aluminium, built to give a 6.5" BRAX MATRIX driver a flat, rigid mounting surface even when the factory opening isn't round, isn't flush, or isn't quite the right size. The ring can be fitted from the front or the rear of the speaker's mounting plate, so it adapts to uneven door cards and awkward panel geometry rather than forcing a compromise. Each ring includes a matching grille for cone protection and a rubber sealing lip, and the matte black finish blends into most factory trim.
