The HELIX CAP 33 is a compact power capacitor for car-audio installations, buffering an amplifier's current draw through heavy bass transients to help prevent dash-light dimming and to suppress the alternator whine that can otherwise creep into the audio signal when current demand spikes. Its low internal resistance lets it respond quickly to those peaks, and its small footprint makes it easy to mount close to an amplifier in tight spaces where a full-size capacitor bank won't fit.
