The HELIX IK S12-DVC2 is a shallow-mount 12" subwoofer chassis built for boots and floors where a conventional deep-basket sub won't fit. Its sandwich paper cone keeps the moving mass low and rigid, a long-excursion rubber surround supports real output at the shallow depth, and a threaded hole in the back of the magnet system lets it be bolted straight to an enclosure wall to control vibration. Dual 2Ω voice coils give installers flexible wiring for mono or multi-channel amplifiers; a grille, gasket, and gold-plated terminals are included.
