Cuore One vs Helix Conductor Pro and Director

If you're running a HELIX, BRAX or MATCH DSP with the ACO platform and an SCP (Smart Control Port), you've got four remote controllers to choose from: Audiotec Fischer's own Conductor, Conductor Pro and Director, or the newer third-party Cuore One from damn good audio. Which one should you actually choose?

  • Want official Audiotec Fischer backing and nothing more than you need? Base Conductor covers volume banks and presets without paying for the tone control or a screen you won't use.
  • Want tone control from an official ATF remote? Conductor Pro adds bass/treble adjustment over the base Conductor for a similar footprint.
  • Want the biggest, clearest display and the most stored presets? Director's 2.8" touchscreen and 20-setup storage is the deepest of the four, at the cost of a much larger housing.
  • Want live voltage monitoring and app-based setup without ATF's PC-Tool? Cuore One is the only one of the four with real-time voltage tracking and a phone app — but remember it's a third-party accessory, not an Audiotec Fischer product, and stock is currently limited.

Still deciding whether you need a remote at all? Our Cuore One overview covers who actually benefits from one.

Cuore One is an independently developed third-party accessory and is not manufactured, authorised, endorsed, certified, sponsored, supported or affiliated with Audiotec Fischer GmbH. Specifications and pricing above were compiled from the manufacturers' own published product pages and can change — always confirm current details before purchasing.
